on a separate note, for anybody reading this who might want to start a business (and you know who you are): danielle’s post has enlightened me. let’s open up a pannekoekhaus in new york. can you say, “cha-ching?” we’ll be rollin’ in dough–no pun intended. (not to mention all the free pannekoeken our little tummies desire.)

Writing to thank you and Sara for the recommendations- panekoeken have become a staple of my diet.
As a total aside, the gay and lesbian Jewish organization here is called Shal-homo. Oy!
